The four billion dollar Cosmopolitan Condo Hotel & Casino will be located next to city center on northwest corner of Harmon Avenue on Las Vegas Boulevard (the strip), on the former site of the (not so) New Frontier . The Cosmopolitan originally went on sale in 2005, selling 1,800, of the property’s 2,200 units. Since that time the mortgagee, Deutsche Bank, has taken over through a subsidiary.

Occupancy may be slated sometime in 2010.
